Dear Chabad Center of Passaic County,

We cannot find the words to thank you for partnering with Flames of Giving once again for the 2015 Holiday season.
This year, because of your generosity, kindness and support we provided over 1890 gifts. Each recipient of every gift you donated had a more hopeful and happier holiday season because of your kindness and wonderful hearts. Below are a few of the thank you’s we have received for the gifts donated.
A thank you from the staff at Children’s Aid and Family Services:
I am reaching out to say thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for being such a wonderful supporter of our annual Holiday Gift Drive. Because of you, and the generosity of your team, we were able to make this holiday season a wonderful memory for our kids. The pure joy and excitement they have experienced this season (thanks to you!) is one they will remember for the rest of their lives.”
A note from staff at Chai Lifeline who provides gifts to very ill children for Chanukah :
“If you ever wonder what a gift can do for a sick child, just look at a child’s face when presented with something chosen just for him or her and multiply the response. Delight replaces boredom; smiles replace placid acceptance of pain or isolation.” “You collected toys, but they became joy, hope and love in the hands of our children.”
A wonderful thank you from the Director of Clinical Services at Jewish Family Services of North Jersey, an agency serving struggling families and individuals:
“I just finished most of the sorting of the gifts and gift cards. I think knowing our clients struggles and challenges… and then seeing what is delivered and knowing what they will be receiving… and just how excited they will be is one of the BEST parts of working here around the holidays.”
As they say, “It takes a village …..” and we are so grateful all of you are part of the Flames of Giving community of holiday kindness. On behalf of all of our recipients and with enormous gratitude from the Flames of Giving Program, thank you for making a difference this holiday season in the lives of so many in need.

With much gratitude and appreciation,

Sari
